SHOBISTORE operates an e-commerce platform serving customers across the GCC. We provide a wide range of new and pre-owned products through our official website and mobile application.

By using our Platform, you agree that all purchases, deliveries, returns, and service interactions are governed by these Terms, our Return & Replacement Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed directly through our website or mobile application. Accepted payment methods include prepaid options (credit/debit cards, wallet credit), cash on delivery (COD), and installment services via Tabby/Tamara (UAE only).

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline any order at our discretion
Cancel or modify orders in case of pricing or stock errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only in eligible regions and may be subject to order-value limits, which may change without prior notice. No additional charges apply to COD orders.

Repeated order refusals or misuse of COD services may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled through a combination of in-house logistics and trusted third-party courier partners, depending on location.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and product type.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the registered address. SHOBISTORE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our official Return & Replacement Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery
Eligibility is subject to policy conditions
Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days after inspection and approval
Refunds are issued through the original payment method where possible or via wallet credit

Pre-Owned Product Authenticity

All pre-owned products sold on SHOBISTORE are inspected, tested, and verified by our quality control team.

Such items may show minor signs of prior use but are guaranteed to be functional.

Warranty coverage is provided as outlined in the Return & Replacement Policy. Cosmetic variations do not qualify as defects.

Pricing, Promotions & Offers

All prices, promotions, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event of pricing errors or incorrect product information, SHOBISTORE reserves the right to cancel or amend affected orders.

Promotional offers and coupon codes are time-limited and may not be combined unless specified. Certain promotions may apply exclusively to prepaid orders.

User Accounts and Guest Checkout

Customers may place orders as guests or through registered accounts.

Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring account information remains accurate.

SHOBISTORE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities, misuse, or policy violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHOBISTORE Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers, payment gateways, courier partners, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. In case of conflict, UAE law shall prevail.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts within the applicable region.
