To raise a return, replacement, or refund request, please contact our support team.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received an incorrect or missing item

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals

By placing an order through Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid methods, you agree to this Return Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

SHOBISTORE reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the eligibility criteria.


2. Replacement Eligibility

  • Customers must hand over the original item before a replacement is processed

  • After inspection, our support team will arrange pickup if approved

  • If a replacement request is declined, we will attempt redelivery twice

  • If both attempts fail, the product will be held for 3 business days at our hub

  • A return handling fee may apply if the product is reclaimed later

  • Replacement processing time: 7–15 business days, depending on coordination

All replacements are processed in accordance with SHOBISTORE’s Terms & Conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Toys & Games

  • Home Essentials

  • Kitchen & Dining

  • Clothing, Bags & Shoes

  • Furniture

  • Perfumes

  • Health & Beauty Products

  • Opened software, games, or digital products

  • Mother & Baby electronics (once opened)

  • Items damaged by misuse or wear and tear

  • Products without original packaging or removed serial numbers

Pre-Owned Items

Pre-owned products may be returned for change-of-mind reasons. A deduction of 0%–20% plus shipping charges may apply to cover operational costs.

To submit a warranty claim, contact support with your order ID and product details.

Physical damage is not covered under warranty.

A+ Service

Premium servicing is available upon request and may incur additional charges depending on product SKU.


8. Important Notes

  • Original product must be returned before replacement

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval

  • Refund processing may be delayed during high-sale periods

  • Returns not meeting policy requirements may be rejected

  • Customers must back up personal data and remove locks/passwords before servicing devices
